NPO SPARC, AO trains flight and ground personnel of the Russian-made helicopters.
Training centre of SPARC was established in 1999, and is certified by Rosaviatsiya for the right to train flight and ground personnel of the Mi-8, Mi-8MTV, Mi-8AMT, Mi-171, Mi-172, Mi-17-1V, and Ka-32 helicopters and their modifications. During these years, the training centre have trained more than 15,000 specialists from 45 countries.
The SPARC training centre has all the conditions to manage and perform an effective training process:
•Availability of qualified specialists
• Availability of the helicopter units and systems for studying directly in the shops and test stands
• Availability of Mi-8MTV (Mi-8AMT) new-generation simulator.
Establishment of the SPARC training centre supports integration of services for the aviation enterprises being customers of SPARC, AO. It is a very essential for our foreign customers, where it is a standard to have a single contractor who produces and maintains the aviation engineering, supports it within the lifecycle, trains flight and ground personnel, and provides a periodical refresher training.
Application of training software for flight and ground personnel in three languages (Russian, English and Spanish), training and refresher training of ground personnel directly in the shops of SPARC, AO aviation repair company, and availability of own new-generation simulator of the Mi-8MTV (Mi-8AMT(helicopter) make the SPARC training centre a leading aviation helicopter centre of Russia.
Today, the SPARC training centre is Russia’s leading helicopter training centre.
The training process in the centre is based on wide use of computer training technologies.
